(I'm going to be adding some of my drawings and paintings in the next couple of weeks. They may or may not relate to what i'm talking about.)
Attachments: relationships and commitments to people, tasks, and organizations.
So God wants us to slow down and inquire about our attachments. He wants us to make sure they're legit before we sign on the dotted line. And when i think of slowing down to ask God something like that, it makes me feel like a child asking for permission. But i love how the book said, "Ask God to help you go over your attachments...as if God were sitting next to you with his arm around you." That makes me feel like a cherished, and respected, talking through life with a wise father.
I love your picture! It is very 3-dimensional in a really cool way. I just sounded like a valley girl. It's pretty, Michelle.
