This God that Job knows is so different from the God i know. I was thinking about this today...and realizing that i almost have God in a box. I don't like to think of Him as being mean or confusing. I like to think of my nice, loving God, who enjoys sitting next to me and listening to my thoughts. Hmm...
I was also thinking today about how incredible Job's relationship with God really is. I mean, Job doesn't have a Bible to read every day. He doesn't have the Holy Spirit living with him 24-7. And he doesn't even know who Jesus is. BUT he still says he KNOWS that God lives...Wow.
