Proverbs 28:13-14
He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
Blessed is the man who always fears the LORD, but he who hardens his heart falls into trouble.
I think i have a generally soft heart...but I often find that there are parts of my heart that are hard. Like, there are things that i just don't want to think about. Things i don't want to change. But, i have to have a soft heart to confess sin. And i have to keep it soft so that i don't fall into trouble again. It's a daily thing i think.
